Should not have gone in today... I feel like complete and utter shit... Just like I did all day. Got told by my coordinating teacher AND university supervisor to take the day off tomorrow if I don't feel well again... Guess that means I have too.

yup the dangers of teaching--infection from your students! (and the MAIN reason I wont teach any more---my immune system just cant handle it--heck I have been sick for the whole winter with one dang cold-viral infection of somekind

).
add to that, your doing a lot of stuff you wouldnt normally be doing and a different schedule= good chance of getting whatever the little rugrats have.

sorry to hear it pwnd, but yeah if both are saying DONT COME IN ...then take the hint and get better over the weekend.

I haven't touched GW in a while. Just hasn't been something I have wanted to do. I doubt I will get GW2 at this point. I have just moved away from RPG's.

Welp stayed home today. Still sick... Oh well, I am starting to feel better, slowly but surely. Laid down to take a nap for a bit, woke up 3 hours later. oO Guess I needed it.

sounds like you need to take it easy this weekend pwnd....let it get out of your system while you have no classes and sleep when your body says to (and drink plenty of fluids!! --your mom said for me to remind you).

gw...I still play, yeah pre sounds like fun, to bad the new quests dont kick in until you reach level 10 (my highest is 8 and had done most of the available quests so no easy leveling up).... and I dont pvp much of any kind (the waits for jq/fa are just toooooo long I could be doing other stuff and when I finally DO get in, the phone rings or such and I have to leave anyways)....

oy, naps are good things...unless you overnap and miss something (it was sushi night--oh well).

I play GW or at least login almost everyday. I am constantly trying all different rpg's but always come back to GW. It is the only game that ever has held my attention for more than 3 to 6 months in over 25 years of gaming, enough said.

lol Thanks cosy. I have had my liter water bottle next to me all day and have gone through 2 of them. Plus glasses of orange juice so I have been doing my best.

When I play I do PvP every once in awhile, like JQ just for kicks and giggles. I'll play classes that are terribad just to annoy people. But I haven't in a while.

I didn't miss anything since I have nothing going on. So it was okay to over nap.

so instead of going out I tried to do some vacuuming (which I am not supposed to do with my back problem)...so I pulled out the ole vac and plug it in--and the attachment for doing carpets ...doesnt seem to be working (yeah go figure)...so I think, well its probably the old problem we have--my hair is so long it wraps around the beater and has to be cut away...so I unplug, check it out--nope...ok, its the stupid belt--have changed this stupid thing just about every time I vacuum (which is a few times a year)....thats what I get for buying a generic belt, (let my fingers do the walking on the internet and will get the real deal sometime next week).
so instead, I had to use the brush attachment...kinda like brushing the carpet --every few feet I had to stop and remove the hair/dust balls...

wont even mention what my back was telling me.
well at least the carpet looks better in the hall outside of the bedroom (didnt get much farther--)

will finish when I get the new belt!

can't figure out how i could lose 2 consecutive hands at poker yesterday night: i had a full (Aces and queens) and my friend had poker of 8.....this happened 2 times ppl!

Oh man I have had my issues with vacuums as well cosy. They are such a pain. I would never have even tried to vacuum it with just an attachment. You are a brave soul.

Poker? I play for fun but I never play for money. I try to avoid that since I don't want to lose money lol

I have a room full of board games that I would rather play than poker. sigh, no one to play them with --most are more than 2 player games. Just got an old copy of cosmic encounter and a new copy of arkham horror. ah the good ole days, play civilization or history of the world.....but all gone now, no one plays and my group is miles and miles away---now people play wow and (gasp) gw

though I have to say the end of board games was the trading card games so it was ending back in the late '90's anyways....(sob)

We have a bunch of board games as well but we are too busy to play them usually. One of us almost always has some place to be. We used to play a lot though. Sorry was always a favorite.

those arent the board games I am talking about (most of the ones I play you cant buy at toysrus) my hubby liked the strategy games like battle of xyz... or games with names like Stalingrad...I liked titan and magic realm (now that one took lots of time)...civ took a good day of play as did history of the world. I miss my board gaming club--but well we lost our gaming place when one of our members moved anyways ....we still play some of the train games like nippon rails and euro rails which are still fun with 2 people (heck I have my stuffies play those since your cards are always on the table anyways)....

oh well, I am old and things like board games are a thing of the past.

on a cheerier note...my girl scout cookies are in (COOOKKKIIEEESSS!!!) just have to go and pick them up. (yep always gotta talk about food

Why must Netflix do this to me? I have been slowly working my way through the seasons of 24 that I missed. I just finished season 2 and found out they are taking down seasons 1-7 on April 1st! Not cool Netflix...

ah another monday, it is monday right? I am hoping for spring soon....got spring fever BAD. (and with all the cleaning I have been doing the last week, its no wonder).

watched the last episode of mash on dvd...dang depressing for me but since they rarely even show it on tv.....I barely remembered it.
and watched the marathon of harrison ford on tv over the weekend--one channel had star wars, another had indiana jones,(I didnt watch the one showing the patriot)...I think I am harrison ford'd out!
